OutSacramento.com was established in 2000 as a portal to gay Sacramento on the Internet. Initially it was a list of the local web sites and resources for the greater Sacramento area. Later it grew to include pages of photos taken at pride events, was a part of the Internet Social group, sponsored a basketball team in the local gay league, and reached #1 on the Google search list for the terms “gay Sacramento.” This history will show up in the site archives
OutSacramento.com continues to be a portal for gay Sacramento as society and the Internet change and change each other.
